A century ago their ancestors, under the leadership of the explorer Sir Ernest Shackleton, tried and failed to become the first men to reach the South Pole. Following in their footsteps, the team embarks on a 900-mile trek across an area so rarely visited that more men have walked on the Moon. 7/7.
